NDG Services was created in 2004 by Neil (see below). Since 2004 he has built up a steady customer base, and now a great deal of his work comes from recommendation or repeat work. NDG has also been the first port of call over the last fourteen years for Alfred Pallas Chartered Surveyors of Sunderland and South Tyneside. NDG carries out a large number of repairs and maintenance for numerous landlords via Alfred Pallas, and is frequently called up on to give advice on a wide range of property maintenance issue's for them.
NDG has carried out many major renovations including the refitting of Alfred Pallas' Fulwell & City offices, innumerable flat/house refits including full kitchen and bathroom refits. NDG are happy to give no quibble quotations for smaller jobs also.
We carry £2 000 000 Public Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance and all work is fully guaranteed. Neil has over 30 years’ experience of home renovation and improvement.
Neil has completed 3 years of City and Guilds training, this has consisted of the nationally recognised 'electricians' apprenticeship course (C&G 2330), The 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations course and the C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing course. Neil is registered as a 'Part P' of the Building Regulations Competent Person to carry out all electrical works.
